"Slow replies and not much help"
I ordered a case of Sparkling Ice, and when it showed up damaged, I figured I’d just email customer service and get it sorted out quickly. Instead, it took almost a week to hear anything back, and when they finally replied, they were polite, but basically asked me for the same details I had already included in my first message.
I sent another message and then ended up waiting a few more days again, which got frustrating. The drinks themselves are still good, no complaints there, but the whole customer service side felt slow and not very helpful.

"Great value for the price"
I grab Sparkling Ice often because it’s a solid deal compared to a lot of other fizzy drinks. The flavors are good, and I like that I don’t feel like I’m paying too much for a whole case. Ordering from the site was simple too. A friend actually recommended stocking up on these, and I’m glad I listened. Overall, really happy with the value...

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from sparklingice.com, and the checkout process was simple. No issues there, and it didn’t take long to get everything placed.
Anyway, the shipping part was just okay. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a couple of days, so I was kind of left wondering what was happening.
The drinks did arrive fine in the end, and nothing was damaged, which I appreciated. I just wish the delivery had been a little faster or at least a bit clearer along the way.

"Decent drinks, annoying subscription stuff"
The drinks themselves are good, so no real complaints there. But trying to change my subscription took way more attempts than it should have. I kept clicking around the account page like I was solving some kind of puzzle. Anyway, not the end of the world, but seriously, please make that page easier to use.

"Discounts sounded better at first"
I do like Sparkling Ice drinks, so when I got an email about a discount, I figured I’d stock up. But by the time I actually went to use it — or maybe it was the next day, I can’t remember — the promo either wouldn’t apply or had some rules I somehow missed the first time around.
Then once shipping got added, most of the savings basically disappeared anyway, so it didn’t really feel like much of a deal. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I expected the offers to be easier to understand and not so easy to miss the fine print on.

"Way too much fake sweetener"
It tasted fine for about two seconds, then that artificial sweetener aftertaste kicked in i was over it fast. I don’t mind a little sweetness, but this was just too much.

"Honestly a solid swap for soda"
I started drinking Sparkling Ice instead of regular soda, and it feels like a much better choice. It’s lighter, has zero sugar, and I don’t get that guilty feeling afterward. The flavors are still really good too, so I don’t feel like I’m missing much. Shipping was totally fine as well...

"Easy enough to see what’s inside"
I was checking out Sparkling Ice before buying more. Mostly wanted to see the sweeteners. The colors too. That kind of thing. i liked that the ingredients and nutrition info were easy to find on their site. Didn’t have to click around forever or go hunting for it. It was just there, which I appreciate. I do wish some of the ingredient names were explained in more normal, everyday words. A little less science-label feeling would be nice. But overall, it seems transparent to me. Solid 4 stars.

I can pretty much always find this at my local store, which is super convenient. My sister even asked me where I get it because she noticed I never have trouble picking it up.

"Refreshing and worth getting again"
I’ve been enjoying Sparkling Ice overall. It has a nice fizz and the flavors are refreshing, especially when it’s really cold. Some of the stronger fruit flavors do leave a little sweet aftertaste for me, but not enough to turn me away. I’d definitely keep buying it and trying other flavors.

"Nice-looking bottle, but a little tricky sometimes"
The bottle looks nice overall, and I do like the slim shape. It fits in my car cup holder fine, which is kind of a small thing but still helpful. The label colors are bright enough that it’s easy to spot, so that part is nice too.
The cap can be a bit annoying to open, especially if my hands are wet or whatever. The bottle also feels sort of flimsy at times, like it could be sturdier. It’s not terrible or anything, just probably not my favorite bottle design.

"Had a good feeling when the box showed up"
I ordered from sparklingice.com and right away the packaging just gave me a good feeling. The box wasn’t crushed or beat up, and everything inside was packed really snug. No leaks, no busted bottles, and it was still easy to open, which I appreciated. Maybe it’s a small thing, but I’ve had drinks show up completely messy before, so this was a really nice surprise.

"Consistently Good Every Time"
I appreciate that every bottle tastes the way it should. No flat ones, no strange aftertaste, no surprises. I’ve been buying it for a while, and it’s stayed really consistent, which feels like the least you should be able to expect as a customer.

"Decent for a cold drink"
I picked this up when I wanted something chilled and it definitely hit the spot at first, especially straight out of the fridge. The flavor is pleasant enough and it feels refreshing for the first few sips. After a while, though, I started noticing it was a bit sweeter than I usually like, so I probably wouldn’t call it my favorite.

The drinks tasted really good, so no complaints there. The case did show up with one corner kind of crushed like it had been through a tiny shipping adventure, but thankfully the cans were totally fine. I’d definitely order again...

"Super easy order and it arrived fast!!!"
I ordered a few packs of Sparkling Ice online and it was really easy!!! Checkout was smooth and didn’t give me any issues at all. The drinks showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise!!! Everything was packed well too, so no complaints here. I’ll definitely order again!!!

I was surprised how good this tastes, it doesn’t have that weird sugar-free flavor at all. Nice option when I want something without the extra sugar.

"Still waiting for someone to actually help"
My cans showed up leaking, so I contacted support right away. They kept asking me to send photos, which I did, but I still haven’t gotten a refund or a replacement. It’s been weeks now, and every reply feels like the same copy-paste message. it doesn’t feel like there’s a real person on the other end actually trying to fix it.
